HUAXIN is carrying out steel structure installation for a 27,000 m² industrial plant in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The project demonstrates our ability to organize steel erection teams, lifting equipment and installation sequences for a large industrial construction site.

This ongoing industrial plant project requires coordinated installation across a large building footprint. HUAXIN’s site scope is focused on steel structure installation, including the organized erection of the primary frame and secondary steel members in coordination with the project’s overall construction programme.

Steel Erection and Site Coordination

For a steel building installation of this scale, lifting routes, equipment positioning, working areas and erection sequences must be coordinated carefully. The HUAXIN installation team works progressively through the structure to establish stable frames and prepare completed areas for subsequent construction activities.

Mobile cranes and aerial work platforms are deployed according to the site conditions and installation stage. Coordination with other contractors helps maintain access and manage construction interfaces on the active industrial site.

Installation Progress and Structural Scale
